We collect information only for the purpose of providing ADC related services to ADC licensees. PricewaterhouseCoopers will not send unsolicited e-mail to ADC licensees.

PricewaterhouseCoopers does not sell or disseminate any personally identifiable information collected through the ADC web site to third parties, unless otherwise disclosed at the point of collection. PricewaterhouseCoopers will disclose personally identifiable information to a third party to the extent such disclosure is required by law, or when investigating potential software license breaches.

3. How long is the information kept?

Current user information is stored and maintained on the ADC web site for the term of your license, thereafter it is archived for record keeping purposes only.

4. Does the ADC web site link to other web sites?

Yes, the ADC web site does link to other web sites. PricewaterhouseCoopers assumes no responsibility for the information practices of sites that a user accesses through the ADC web site.

5. How secure is my information?

PricewaterhouseCoopers uses generally accepted standards of technology and operational security to protect personally identifiable information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. Only authorized PricewaterhouseCoopers personnel can access personally identifiable information. PricewaterhouseCoopers uses secure socket layer technology to protect user login information and this technology is also required to be used by our suppliers.

6. Who controls my information?

PricewaterhouseCoopers controls your personal information and may share it with PricewaterhouseCoopers affiliates, subsidiaries or member firms of the worldwide PricewaterhouseCoopers organisation to facilitate local support of ADC licensees.

7. Will PricewaterhouseCoopers change this ADC Privacy Statement?

PricewaterhouseCoopers reserves the right to modify or amend this statement. To keep users informed of key changes, PricewaterhouseCoopers will notify users via the "What’s New" page on the ADC web site for a period of at least 30 days, beginning as of the effective date of the change.

To Change: You can change your personal identifying information by accessing the "Edit Profile" area of the site, located in the DownLoad ADC area. To Delete: Please click on the "Contact Us" at the top of any page, and make your request to the Help Desk.
